basket report :)

Vibrant, stunning game played with intensity and aggressiveness needed from all players . Also by those who sacrifice their minutes in favour of the team.

Match with faith: We could do it and we had options to win.

6 minutes before the end of the match, we were losing by 17 points ( 35-52 ), but in two magic minutes, Solsona was losing just by two points ( 50-52 ) thanks to a partial 15-0. Those were probably the best minutes of the season.

The last points were favorable to the rivals and they had a good result ( 53-58 ). However, we went home (families, coaches... ) with a taste of victory because finally we have recovered the "spirit of Voltregà"

Artès - FB Solsona Arrels

On Saturday 8th of November in the morning, C.F. Artes and Futbol Base Solsona Arrels played a match in C.F. Artes stadium. In the first part, the ball control was equal, until Pol did a perfect pass to space and Edu scored inside the net. With this goal the first part finished.

In the second part, the  Futbol Base Solsona Arrels played very well, but the goal didn't arrive. Ten minutes later, Jordi took a ball and scored the second goal. After that, Arnau Corbera did a perfect pass and Jordi scored the third goal of Solsona. When Solsona played better, the goalkeeper of Artes detained a ball but in the bounce of the kick, Jose scored a prepared play of corner of Pol, Jordi and Garcia. Then, Solsona did a possesion football and defended this result.

Solsona played a very good match and obtained the third victory in six matches.

Bubble Football

images

It's a sport like football, but they play inside a giant plastic bubble. It was created by Henrik Johan and Elvestad Golde, two crazy Norwegians who thought soccer would be more fun if the players were enclosed inside giant bubbles made of transparent plastic. The first match was shown on Norwegian television at the end of 2011. And now it is being played all over Europe and in other countries.
There are the same rules of football. In the maches they don’t score a lot of goals because it's very difficult to get the ball without falling. And the fouls don’t exist. It’s one of the safest sports.

360º Ball

360º ball is a racket sport played by two players or between two teams of two players.

Players use the rackets to strike a rubber ball onto the centrally placed disc in a circular area.

To serve, the person must put his foot in the white circle of the extrems of the court.
The goal is throwing the ball away from your opponents. The ball can not bounce on the ground, but it can bounce on walls. The team has to reach 21 points (difference of two) to win a set. 360º Ball is a game that can be played outdoors or indoors, regardless of soil type because the ball can not bounce.

Fierljeppen

Fierjeppen is a traditional sport of the Frisians and the Dutch. The sport involves a long pole and a body of water. The pole is between 8 and 13 m long. A jump consists of a sprint to the pole , jumping and grabbing it, then climbing to the top of the pole while trying to control its forward and lateral movements over a body of water, and finishing by landing on a sand bed opposite to the starting point.  Dutch people used this as a way to cross the river. Over time it turned into a competition. Today the sport is primarily practiced for fun or to entertain tourists, but there still is an official annual National Fierljepping Manifestation in the Netherlands, and championships are contested in six leagues and numerous clubs.
